Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, add chicken stock, salt, turmeric, white pepper, ginger powder, corn, and the white parts of the green onion and turn the heat to medium-high and let it come to a boil then reduce to low heat. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
Step 2
Whisk together eggs, pinch of white pepper and the remaining green onions. Then mix corn starch and water to make a slurry. Pour in the corn starch mixture, stir and let it simmer for another minute. Slowly pour in the egg mixture to form ribbons and then let it simmer for 1 minutes the egg to set. Drizzle on sesame oil and serve immediately.
