Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl combine beef, onion, egg and rice (rice only save seasoning packet for later)
Step 2
Fill each pepper half with mixture
Step 3
Pour diced tomatoes into show cooker and place stuffed peppers on top
Step 4
In the medium bowl combine tomato soup, Mexican rice seasoning packet and water
Step 5
Pour mixture over peppers
Step 6
Slow cool on high for 4 hours and then on low for 4 hours. Sprinkle cheese over the peppers in the last 30 min.
