Instructions
Step 1
Add 1" of water to a pot with a lid. Bring to a simmer, just below boiling.
Step 2
Add eggs from fridge with a slotted spoon, cover, and cook for 6 minutes.
Step 3
Remove with slotted spoon, add to ice bath for 6 minutes. Peel.
Step 4
Add all ingredients for soy brine to a Ziploc bag. Add peeled eggs. Suck out all air, seal, and set in a bowl in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but up to 4 days. Rotate as often as you'd like for full coverage.
