Easy century egg tofu

I don’t usually enjoy tofu as it’s bland but this dish is so delicious with century eggs and sauce. It’s super easy too. Best served with soft jasmine white rice.

Instructions
Step 1
Drain and place silken tofu on plate
Step 2
Add diced century egg and scallions on top of tofu
Step 3
Prepare the sauce by placing heating up a tbsp oil in saucepan and adding garlic to simmer. Then add remaining ingredients and simmer till hot
Step 4
Pour sauce over tofu and enjoy immediately with fried shallots or keep in fridge to enjoy at a later time. Add fried shallots only just before eating. Best with jasmine white rice.
