Step 1
To a bowl add the cheese, sugar, vanilla, salt and mix

Beat the egg with a whisk and add to the cheese mixture

Stir in the flour and when the dough has no lumps and is smooth put it in a refrigerator for 15 minutes

On the floured surface roll the dough into a sausage like shape

Cut the "sausage" into five equal parts, sprinkle them with flour and fry for 2 minutes on both sides until golden
