Instructions

Herbes butter

Step 1
Melt the butter.
Step 2
Meanwhile chop the chives, parsley and garlic.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Bagel

Step 4
Cut the bagel and cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 5
Spread the bagel sides with the herbes butter.
Step 6
Place the bagel halves onto a baking tray facing downwards.
Step 7
Crack the egg into the hole of the upper bagel half and season.
Step 8
Place the tomatoes on to the baking tray as well. Drizzle on the olive oil.
Step 9
Bake the bagel halves in the oven at 150 degree upper lower heat for about 5min.

Sandwich

Step 10
Spread the bottom bagel half with the cream cheese.
Step 11
Top it with the salad, tomatoes and salmon.
Step 12
Drizzle on the sriracha mayo.
Step 13
Stack the other bagel half on top and enjoy!
