Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C (fan)
Step 2
Slice the baguette. In a small bowl combine olive oil with salt, pepper and oregano. Brush the bread slices with an oil mixture and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden.
Step 3
In a bowl combine finely chopped tomatoes, baby cucumber and baby pepper. Add salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil and squeeze of lemon, mix well.
Step 4
To assemble, spread 1tsp of goat cheese on a toast, top with salad and salmon, then add capers.
Step 5
Garnish with dill and enjoy!
