We all have those morning when we don’t want to cook, right? Throw everything together, bake it and you’re done! It’s incredibly easy and so delicious!

Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180C.

Step 2
Slice off the top of each bread roll, then gently remove the bread inside the roll until there is a large hole which will accommodate the salmon and the egg. Add the rolls on a baking sheet (leave out the tops).

Spread some butter on the inside and on the edges of the rolls, then add one slices of smoked salmon in each roll around the sides.
Step 4
Crack an egg into each roll and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Step 6
Optional: Add on top one diced spring onions and some cherry tomatoes on the side. Toast the tops and if you like runny yolks, slice them and dip into the eggs.
