This is really one if those anytime delicious snacks ! Great for making for friends as they come together really quick. Eggs rice paper and smoked salmon and make it as Spicy as you like-y :)

Step 1
These are made individually so follow the steps and make them one at a time . Beat an egg in a little bowl then add a little salt and pepper .

Step 2
Place a rice paper wrapper on a dry frying pan then turn the heat on to medium . Spread 1 tsp of the garlic chili paste over the rice paper then carefully pour in the beaten egg. Use chopsticks to spread the egg around on the rice paper then add chopped chives ( or scallions if you haven’t chives ) now cook on medium heat until the egg doesn’t look glossy anymore

Step 3
Slide the rice-paper onto a plate then add 80 g of smoked salmon and fold it over . Top with Mayo and sriracha sauce and top with more chives or even sesame seeds and enjoy
