Step 1
Step 1. Combine first 3 ingredients together, mix, and let rest for 8 minutes. ** Note: Make sure your milk (or water if you prefer) is not hot, you only need it to be warm or the yeast won’t activate.

Step 2. While those 3 ingredients are resting, mix your next 4 ingredients together. We use a kitchen aid with the paddle attachment. Add melted butter in while mixing.

Step 3. Add your yeast mixture (if eight minutes has passed and mix lightly) Then, if using the Kitchen aid— switch to dough hook, and blend until well combined, scraping bowl once or twice.

Step 4. Dump the dough onto a lightly floured surface, you do not need to knead dough, just form a ball.

Step 5. Lightly spray the mixing bowl with cooking spray and put dough back in bowl, cover it with a warm dish towel and let sit for 1 hour.

Step 6. Grab small (egg) sized pieces of dough, and shape into balls and place in lightly greased foil lined pan. Try to make each ball the same size for even baking.

Step 7. Cover with moist warm towel, for final rise, sit in oven with light on for 35 mins.(**oven is off at this point)

Step 8. Bake 400 degrees 21-25 mins. Optional final touches: Brush with as much or as little melted butter as you would like!
