Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes in half. Cover with water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Boil for 15 minutes or until potatoes can be easily mashed with a fork.
Step 3
Drain potatoes and transfer to a medium size mixing bowl.
Step 4
Add all remaining ingredients to bowl. Mash with a potato masher until smooth.
Step 5
For fluffier potatoes, beat with a hand mixer on medium speed for one minute.
