Instructions
Step 1
Pinch off the Rosemary and put it a blender or food processor with the lemon zest and garlic and blend until combined

Add the coarse salt and pulse the blender a few times to mix the ingredients

Step 3
Spread out onto a baking sheet and bake at 100 c / 200 f for about 10 minutes then turn the oven off and leave the tray inside for about another hour so the ingredients dry out
Step 4
Store in clean sealed jars for up to 6 months or you can put into a cute little jar and give it to your friends as gifts . Enjoy
