Step 1
Prepare Ingredients: Preheat a tagine or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of the spices.

Step 2
Brown the Chicken: Add olive oil to the pot. Brown the chicken thighs on both sides, then remove and set aside.
