Rinse and Season Salmon: Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Make Orange Ginger Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, grated ginger, and honey. Set aside.
