Dough
Step 1
Mix together the fresh yeast, milk, egg, sugar, flour and salt for 4 minutes

Add the butter to the dough and mix for another 8 minutes
Step 3
Let the dough rise for 1 hour

Roll out the dough in a 30 x 40cm rectangle
Filling

Beat the butter with the brown sugar

Add the cinnamon and mix well
Cinnamon knots

Spread the filling on the dough

Place the cinnamon knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C

Brush the cinnamon knots with some milk

Bake them at 200°C for 14 to 16 minutes then
