Fried Rolled Noodles Recipe

Ive been obsessed with rolled noodles ever since I found them at my local asian grocer! They are so delicious fried, and even so yummy steamed in the bag without the frying.
Im not sure how traditional this recipe is, I usually just throw them together with whatever umami sauces I have, however there would be a lot of yummy Vietnamese recipes you could find online!

250grolled noodles
1 Tbsptamari
2 tspgarlic
minced
1 tspginger minced
4spring onions
roughly chopped
1 Tbspneutral oil
For the sauce
Garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the noodles up into desired size and fry in a pain with the oil until crispy
Step 2
Add the tamari, garlic, ginger and spring onion and sauté for a further 3 minutes
Step 3
Transfer to a plate, mix together all of the sauce ingredients and pour over
Step 4
Garnish with extra spring onion, lime, chilli and crushed peanuts
