Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and garlic powder.
Step 2
Place chicken and sauce into instant pot. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Close lid and set pressure release to Sealing.
Step 4
Press Manual or pressure cook button and adjust time to 15 minutes.
Step 5
When the timer beeps, allow pressure to release naturally and then unlock lid and remove it.
Step 6
Serve.
