Instructions
Step 1
Roll out the sheet of pastry and if it’s in a rectangle then Cut off enough to make it a square shape . Set the Brie in the middle to make sure it’s the right size then where the top of the Brie point is cut out a little v shape of pastry then cut lines all the way down on either side as these pieces will be folded over each other on the Brie to make the tree shape

Step 2
Fold a piece from each side then continue to the end . Before the last piece fold the bottom I’ve then fold the side pieces in . Brush with beaten egg then sprinkle some rosemary on top and bake at 200 c for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy

To serve decorate with the currants or any other fruit of choice . To serve I like to add a cranberry jam for a sweet contrast .
