Preheat Oven

Cook/Simmer Giblets for 8 hours. With Chicken Stock, salt and Poultry Seasoning until tender.

Dice Giblets, Carrots, Celery, Mushrooms and Onions. Fill 1 qt zip lock bag of each. Store diced Onions in mason jar.

Mix Giblets, Carrots, Celery, Mushrooms, Onions, Salt, Pepper and Poultry Seasoning

Add Chicken Stock 6 Cups

Add Eggs
Step 7
Add Bread
Step 8

Add Milk
Step 9

Mix to Paste
Step 10

Place 1/4" pads of butter in corners, sides & 2 bottom middle of dishes.
Step 11
Split into 2 lg casserole dishes
Step 12
Tent foil over dishes and vent
Step 13
Bake 350°
Step 14
Par Baked Internal temp 130°
Serve Internal temp 160°
