These are a twist on a delicious cheese and Ham Jambon . I added Salmon and I like to call it a Sambon . It’s cheesy easy to make great for party food or a snack . Enjoy !

Instructions

Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry then divide Into 8 or 12 depending on how big you want them

Beat one egg then add it to a bowl with cheese salmon bacon pieces and add lots of cracked black pepper .

Step 3
Put spoonfuls of the mixture in the centre of each pastry square then pinch the corners diagonally together from both sides
Step 4
Brush the pastry with the remaining beaten egg then bake at 200 c / 400 f fan setting for 15-18 minutes or until golden and crispy
