Crêpes
Step 1
Add all the ingredients except for the oil to a bowl and mix. Your batter should nearly be runny. If it's too thick add more milk.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add 1/4 of the batter. Turn the pan so that the batter is evenly distributed. Now bake for 30-60s and flip. Then bake for another 30-60s.
Step 3
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Cream
Step 4
Crush the speculoos with a rolling pin.
Step 5
Place the cream and sugar in a tall container. Whisk with a mixer until the cream is stiff. Then add the speculoos cookies and mix again.
Burrito
Step 6
Place the Crêpes next to each other so that they overlap by 1/3.
Step 7
Spread the cream evenly in the center.
Step 8
Now fold the Crêpe sides from the longer side inwards.
Step 9
Now roll up the Crêpes from the short side to form a large burrito. Enjoy!
