This is Chocolate Bounty Baked Oats and it’s one of my favourite breakfasts to meal prep for the week to save you time in the morning. 🤎

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Step 2
Mash dates in a glass baking dish. Add peanut butter, vanilla extract and oat milk and mix well.
Step 3
Add rolled oats, desiccated coconut, cacao powder, protein powder and a pinch of salt and mix well.
Step 4
Fold through the chocolate drops and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Step 5
Slice and serve with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and chocolate drops. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 5 - 6 days.
