Preheat oven to 350
Spread panko on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray Toast panko in the oven stirring frequently until lightly browned. About 5 minutes Butterfly chicken breasts and pound until 1/3 inch thickness. Whisk the two eggs in a shallow bowl. Place flour in shallow dish Mix seasoning together and split evenly between flour and panko. Dip each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then panko and place on a rack on top of a baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray and cook in oven for 15 minutes, flipping once. Heat marinara in a saucepan or microwave. Top cooked chicken with sauce and cheese and place under broiler until cheese melts. Serve with spaghetti and sauce.
