If you’re looking for an easy dessert recipe for Thanksgiving, look no further. This recipe is so easy and really delicious. This is flaky, rich and not too sweet just the way I like my desserts! If you want it sweeter, add more sugar.

Step 1
Mix the sugar and cinnamon and set aside. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla together and use a hand mixer to mix until it becomes smooth. Roll out the crescent dough on parchment paper so it doesn’t stick to your surface and it makes it easy to transfer this to the baking pan. Grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray or butter and layer 1/3 the cinnamon sugar mix to the bottom of the pan evenly. Add the first layer of your dough next and then spread out the cream cheese mixture. Add the second layer of the dough and sprinkle 1/3 the cinnamon sugar mix.
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and sprinkle some more of the cinnamon sugar mix on top. Let it cool before slicing.
