Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 360 degrees F.
Step 2
Peel potatoes and cut into circles. Chop bacon
Step 3
Boil potatoes in salted and seasoned water in a large pot on high heat for 10 minutes (should be hardish too break you don’t want them to be mush), if ready then turn off the heat and leave until boiling stops then take potatoes off heat and strain.

Mix wiping cream and potato bake packet together in a measuring cup

4. Add bacon to a frying pan and fry until crispy.

Poor potato bake mix into baking dish

Place half of potatoes into baking dish, add bacon in middle, and add rest of the potatoes on top.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
