Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Dice celery (including the leafy portions), onion, and parsley (parsley should be a very fine dice)



Step 3
Sauté celery and onion in a pan with olive oil until onions are soft/translucent



Step 4
In a large mixing bowl combine stuffing mix, garlic cloves, sage, parsley, salt, pepper - mix well







Step 5
To the bowl of mixed dry ingredients mix in: melted butter, sautéed onions and celery, chicken broth and poultry seasoning Add more poultry seasoning to taste if needed. Mix well.





Step 6
Transfer to a buttered/greased baking dish Bake covered for 30 minutes, uncover and bake for another 10-20 minutes or until lightly browned
