Instructions
Step 1
Preheat smoker to 250
Step 2
Add rub to pork belly liberally
Step 3
Smoke pork belly whole until VERY tender approx 205+ degrees
Step 4
Remove from smoker and let rest for 30 minutes
Step 5
After resting, cut into bite sized pieces
Step 6
In disposable aluminum pan. Coat with bbq sauce, agave syrup and return to smoker until very tacky (30ish minutes)
Step 7
Remove from smoker Dust with rub
