Step 1
Pound boneless pork chops in with mallet
Step 2
Pan fried pork in 10-in non-stick skillet until brown and meat. Registered 140° 2 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer pork to cutting board

Combined pickles and banana peppers in a small bowl
Step 4
Spread rolls with mayo and mustard layer pork, pickle mixture and cheese on to roll bottoms. Finishing with cheese on top

Fold roll tops over filling and press down to flatten sandwiches
Step 6
Press sandwiches in skillet using large Dutch oven or pot to compress sandwiches for 15 to 20 seconds. Cook over medium low heat, until first side is golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove pot and brush top of each sandwich with half teaspoon of olive oil. Flip sandwiches and replaced pot on top of sandwiches and cook until second side is golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes
