270gcrushed tomatoes can

1 ½ tablespoonpaprika

1 tablespoonchili powder

1 tablespooncurry powder

½ tablespooncinnamon

1 tablespoonwhite vinegar

1 tablespoonlemon juice

350mlbeef broth

1 ½ cupscanned black beans

Step 1
Chop up your onions, peppers, and garlic.

Start cooking your rice in your rice cooker (or however you cook your rice).

Season your ground beef with salt and pepper.



Step 4
Add oil to a pot on medium-high heat, followed by your beef. Cook until browned.

Step 5
Once done, transfer your beef to a bowl.

In the same pot on medium-high heat, add your onions, peppers, and garlic and cook them for a bit.

After that, add your crushed tomatoes, paprika, chili powder, curry powder, cinnamon, white vinegar, lemon juice, and beef broth.

Mix your sauce and vegetables together, then add your beef back in. Mix everything around a bit, then cover your sauce, and leave it to cook on medium heat for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In the last 5-10 minutes, add in your black beans and mix everything around.
