Instructions
Step 1
Soak the dried blueberries in the satsuma juice for at least 15 minutes, up to overnight.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425.
Step 3
Sift the dry ingredients together and mix.
Step 4
Mix together wet ingredients and add to the dry mix.
Step 5
Add parchment paper to the bottom of a spring form. Pour in mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 425.
Step 6
Serve with satsuma curd.
