Instructions

Step 1
On medium heat add oil and 2 bay leaves, then add onions and caramalize, then add garlic and ginger for a few more minutes
Step 2
Now add tomatoes and all seasonings stirring real good to make almost a paste, then add chic peas with juice and cover and cook until chick peas are done. Once they are done mash some of the chic peas for a creamier consistency. Top with cilantro and serve over rice
