Teaspoon curry sauce

Teaspoon curry sauce, you can add mild or hot chilli powder. This sauce will go with anything. Like pasta in the picture.

Instructions

Step 1
In a pan add the oil and heat up
Step 2
Once at temperature add the garlic and cook out for 30 seconds or so.
Step 3
Once the garlic is cooked out add all the spices and cook out for 30 seconds
Step 4
Then add the tomato’s
Step 5
Gently simmer for 15mins. If you need to thicken it up add a little cornflour and cold water mix. Once it’s done it’s ready to serve.
