Step 1
slice chicken breast to 1/2 inch thickness and marinate with vinegar salt and pepper for 30 min

In a pre-heated large pan (with depth) or a pot, add oil and sear chicken in high flame for 1 min each side until brown surface appears.

Take out the chicken and add onions, garlic and cook until onion is caramelized and starts sticking to the pan

Add butter and as soon as the butter melts and sings, add mushrooms

Let the mushrooms release all water and starts sticking to the pan
Step 6
Add oregano and ground pepper and 1/2 cup of broth. Do not add more broth, let it reduce

Keep adding 1/2 cup of broth each time the broth is reduced about 10 times or a thick consistency
Step 8
add sour cream at the end and heat it for 1 min until the sauce is smooth
