Ingredients
2 servings
For Pasta
4 cupsfusilli pasta
boiled
2 clovesgarlic
minced
½ tspchilli flakes
½ tspblack pepper powder
½ tsponion powder
1 tspitalian seasoning
fresh parsley
1chicken stock cube
dissolved in 1 cup of hot water
300mldouble cream
salt
to taste
1 Tbspbutter
1 Tbspolive oil
For marinating the chicken
Instructions
Step 1
1. Marinate the chicken with above ingredients and leave it for at least 20-30 minutes
Step 2
2. Heat butter and olive oil in an iron skillet and add the chicken in. Cook the chicken thoroughly and set aside.
Step 3
3. Now in the same pan, add a little more butter in (if none left), add the minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds
Step 4
4. Then add the chicken stock and reduce it to half
Step 5
5. Now add black pepper powder, onion powder, salt, chilli flakes and Italian seasoning and mix well.
Step 6
6. Then pour in the double cream and mix well on a medium heat.
Step 7
7. Mix in the boiled pasta and cooked chicken.
Step 8
8. Garnish with some fresh parsley.
