Instructions

Step 1
Chop all vegetables and tofu into bite size pieces
Step 2
Boil water and cooked carrot until soft
Step 3
Put miso paste and dashi stock
Step 4
Put zucchini and last put the tofu and cooked around 5 minutes and done! Topping with scallions before serving.
