Instructions
Step 1
Cut tofu into cubes (1/2-inch or smaller) and slice scallion greens
Step 2
Add dashi (or vegetable stock and fish sauce) to a pot along with seaweed and bring to a boil
Step 3
Turn heat off once boiling and add the tofu and use a strainer to add the miso paste by stirring it against the strainer.
Step 4
Add the green onions and serve
