Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, chili flakes, turmeric, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil, and sriracha.

2. After mixing chicken with seasoning, in a skillet in medium high heat, pour olive oil in a pot. Once your pot is warm, cook chicken, flipping after a few minutes until golden on each side and almost to completely cooked through.

3. While chicken is cooking, cut up onions, green chilis, and broccoli. Put in separate bowls. Season broccoli with salt, pepper, and sriracha. Mix with your hands, until completely coated.

4. Once chicken is done, pour chopped onions into the pot. Once golden and fragrant, pour green chilis into the pot.
Step 5
5. While the onions and chilis cook, shred the chicken with forks. Once done, pour chicken in with onions and chilis. After that, pour in the boiled rice and broccoli.
Step 6
Mix everything together, adding more lemon juice and sriracha to taste. Once done, pour in a handful of cheese and mix. Serve when ready.
