Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and (for apple) nutmeg and allspice OR (for pumpkin) ginger and cloves Mix well.
Step 2
In another bowl, whisk applesauce (OR pumpkin,) milk and vanilla until well combined. Add milk mixture to oat mixture
Step 3
Pour the oat mixture into a greased 8 or 9 inch casserole pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the your add ins on top and swirl into the oats. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F then check the consistency. Oats should be set.
