Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients besides for parsley in a bowl. Add the potatoes and toss to coat.
Step 3
Place the potatoes skin side up on the tray and bake for 45 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 4
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
