To pan fry
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the dough ingredients and set aside
Step 2
Over medium heat put the olive oil in the pan and add the fillings. Pan fry for around 5-10 minutes until everything is cooked. Set this aside to cool a little.
Step 3
Divide the dough and roll into a disc shape. Add some of the filling and wrap tightly - care not to overfill.
Step 4
Heat a clean pan over medium heat and add the oil. Allow the oil to heat up before placing the buns inside and allow to pan fry for 2 minutes. Carefully add a few dashes of water and cover the pan with a lid and allow to steam for a further 5 minutes.
