Ingredients (4-5 rolls):
-1 cup imitation crab
-3 tbsp cream cheese
-1 tbsp mayo
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-2 tbsp green onions
-1 tsp sugar
-1 tsp sesame seeds
-rice paper
-seaweed
-avocado
Seasoned rice:
-1 cup cooked rice
-1 tbsp rice vinegar
-1 tsp sugar
Siracha Mayo:
-2 tbsp mayo
-1 tbsp siracha

Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice and add vinegar and sugar
Step 2
Combine crab stick, mayo, cream cheese, soy, shallots, sugar and sesame seeds
Step 3
Dip rice paper wrap add a rectangle of nori, rice, sliced avocado and crab mixture. Roll up like a spring roll.
Step 4
Panfry on all sides until crispy in a little oil.
Step 5
Serve with sriracha mayo and more sesame seeds
