Step 1
Mix hot water and salt until salt is dissolved. Add nuts and mix to coat, ensuring each piece is covered in the salt water mix.

Add the almonds to a lined air fryer and roast for 7 minutes. Stir, and roast for an additional 6 minutes. Remove from air fryer.
Step 3
Meanwhile, pour chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Stir and put back in for 45 seconds. The chocolate should be fully melted and smooth once stirred.
Step 4
Add the almonds to the chocolate mix and stir, ensuring almonds are coated and distributed evenly throughout the chocolate.
Step 5
Pour mixture onto parchment-line baking sheets and spread into thin layers. This recipe should fill 2 full size baking sheets.
Step 6
Put in fridge or freezer for 1-2 hours to chill.
Step 7
Remove from fridge/freezer and place on cutting board. Use a knife to chop the bark into small pieces. Store in airtight containers in fridge or freezer to avoid melting.
