Step 1
Add chicken broth to large pot
Step 2
Add chicken thighs to chicken broth and boil until cooked through (chicken should be at 165 degrees)
Step 3
While chicken is cooking, add oil to a pan and sauté veggies + half the garlic. Season with Johnnys seasoning salt, garlic salt, and pepper
Step 4
When chicken thighs are done, remove and shred or chunk (whichever you prefer)
Step 5
Add chicken, noodles and sautéed veggies back in broth. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Last 2 minutes: add the other half of the garlic and season to taste
