Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the butter, brown sugar and honey

Add the egg
Step 3
Stir in the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and salt)

Refrigerate the dough for at least 30min

Preheat oven to 180°C

Roll out the dough and cut the gingerbread cookies using cookie cutter of your choice

Transfer gingerbread cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake at 180°C for 10 to 12min
Step 9
Let the gingerbread cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
