Instructions

Step 1
Mix the soy sauce, chili sauce, wine vinegar, garlic and five spice in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss to mix well.
Step 2
Spray a large non-stick wok or frying pan with cooking spray, add the chicken and stir-fry over a high heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned
Step 3
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 munites, then add the dark soy sauce and toss together for 1-2 minutes until piping hot.
