Step 3
Mix until you have a thick, slightly sticky dough. If your dough is too dry, add a 1/2 tbsp of water until your dough comes together.
Step 4
Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, roll out small balls of dough.
Step 5
Make sure your dough balls are uniform in size to ensure that they will bake more evenly.
Step 6
Place the remaining 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. Roll each dough ball in the Parmesan cheese, coating them lightly.
Step 7
Place each dough ball onto a parchment lined baking tray.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops of the cheese bread are lightly golden.
Step 9
Allow the cheese bread to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the baking tray. Serve them warm!
