This is a famous Brazilian cheese bread. I learned this recipe awhile ago from a wonderful person.This bread is so addicting and with some honey, it’s magic.

Step 1
First cut all the cheeses into small cubes (½ inch) and mix together.

In a large bowl add the cassava flour, then in a saucepan, add milk and olive oil and bring it to a boil. Pour in the hot milk and oil in the cassava flour then mix with a large spoon to combine well, the dough should be lumpy.

When the dough is slightly warm, add 2 eggs and mix it with your hand. Add the cheese and mix everything, and by this stage the dough should be sticky.

Rest the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Place a silicone baking mat on a tray.

After resting the dough, rub some oil on both of your hands (so the dough doesn’t stick). Take about 2 tbsp of the dough then make round balls and place them on the baking tray.

Preheat the oven to 360°F

Bake the bread in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
