fingerling gold potatoes
Black Beans
Simmered, Cuban
1 Tbspoil
garlic powder
onion powder
adobo seasoning
salt
pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Slice potatoes in half length wise
Mix potatoes, oil & spices in a bowl tossing to coat evenly
Place potatoes sliced side down on a slightly oiled cookie sheet and roast for 25-30 min until tender
Drain liquid form beans
Spread beans and half cup of cheese over potatoes and put back in the oven for 6 minutes to melt Serve with sour cream, guacamole and cilantro
