15gIceberg lettuce
20gCelery
40gYellow onion
100gWhole wheat bread
190gChicken breast fillet pieces
cooked, ready to eat
1 tspdijon mustard
Instructions
Step 1
1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse and finely chop the celery. Rinse and roughly chop the lettuce and cut the chicken into smaller chunks.
Step 2
2. Add all the ingredients except the bread to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
3. Toast the bread if desired. Place the chicken salad on one slice of bread. Top with the other slice of bread. Cut the sandwich in half to serve. Enjoy!
