Step 1
1. Heat over to 350F. In large bowl, beat butter, egg replacer, and sugars on medium speed until creamy.
2. Add combined flour, baking soda, and salt; mix dry on top of wet and then mix well.
3. Add oats and chocolate chips or raisins and combine.
4. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets, remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
